We would rather start from a real case than a demo. If you have a protein you already care about and a variant you cannot explain, tell us about it.
What makes a good first case
- A protein the team already cares about, with a sequence and ideally a solved structure.
- A missense variant. Loss-of-function findings are genuinely out of scope.
- A laboratory that could test a hypothesis if one comes back worth testing.
- A question you have already tried to answer another way, so we can be useful about the difference.
